This customer found our products in alibaba, and sent an inquiry to us at the end of May 2022, we replied this inquiry within 1 hours, but didn’t get any reply again. After surfing his website very carefully, we surprisingly found that he is our accurate potential customer in the same field, so I am very excited to keep his information to my list of potential clients. I found that this customer has more than 5 years of rich purchasing experience in Smart table after careful research and analysis of his website. Therefore, I sent the first development letter to him in June 2022. He has read it but did not reply. I sent the second development letter a month later. The development letter was still read but not replied, and then I continued to send him development letters monthly, totally about five or six development letters on other topics.
Since I have sent several development letters, the customer had a general impression of me and knew that we are a manufacturer of smart table. Finally, at 7:00 pm on 15th June, 2022, he reply our Email.
Firstly, he confirmed the refrigerator’s size and how many drink can hold.We quickly gave professional answers and attached our pictures and videos so that customers can better understand.
After send the quotation and professional answers.The client is very satisfied, but since this is a new type of smart table, it is a little different from the traditional smart table they are selling now, so they need to research the market and have a meeting with his team.
During this period, we also sent customers some of our design concepts, details and selling points of our products.
A month later, the customer finally decided to place a trial order of 50pcs, and we immediately made a proforma invoice to the customer. Customers are also very happy to pay immediately. Customers have their own forwarder, which is very convenient for us, we only need to transfer the goods to the customer forwarder. Soon the customer received the goods. Recently, the customer said that the product has a good response in the local area, and will send a PO in the past few days.
